Ballot will be held on Sunday, October 18, 2008 at the annual meeting in Huntington, WV



Bids and inspection fees from lodges for the 2011 tournament must be in by February 1, 2009.

• I would like to thank our out-going President, John Pulvirent from Middleport, NY for a job well done.  John's official last day was June 30, 2008.

• Our new President Richard Warfel from Upper Sandusky, OH began his term of office July 1, 2008

• Logansport, IN Lodge #66 has put in a bid for the 2010 tournament.  President Dick Warfel and myself went to Logansport on June 13th and 14th and made the official inspection.  They will make their official presentation at the 89th annual meeting in Huntington, WV in October
